Each server license is priced by how many active transactions it can process at once. There is no cost for idle clients, and no cost for bandwidth. During launch, every license is 50% off list.
Capacity counts the maximum number of things a single server can do at any one time: transferring a file, scanning a folder, creating a folder, creating a link, deleting a file. Multiple servers do not share capacity, but you can load balance to spread activity among them. There is no cost for bandwidth, the price is the same for any speed and any amount of data.
